Promotion Policy
School follows the CCE Promotion Policy. Students of Primary Classes will be assessed on the following grades.
| A + | Outstanding | 90% and above |
| A | Very Good | 60% to 89% |
| B | Good | 45% to 59% |
| C | Average | 30% to 44% |
| D | Needs Guidance | Below 30% |
Students of Secondary Classes will be assessed on the following areas.
Scholastic aspects of the students are assessed based on the performance of the students in different in subject Co-Scholastic aspects of the students are assessed based on the performance in the areas such as Life Skills, Computer Education, Music, Attitudes and Values, Literary & Creative Skills, Scientific Skills, Health and Physical Education, Sports, Games and Yoga.
Promotion is based on the day-to-day work of the students throughout the year and also on the performance in the terminal examination.
Classes VI to X will have 4 Formative assessments(FA) & 2Summative assessments (SA).
First Term – FA1 (10%) + FA2 (10%) + SA1(30%) = 50%
Second Term – FA3 (10%) + FA4 (10%) + SA2 (30%) = 50%
